IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
We have transitioned from Cornerstone (rVetLink) to Instinct’s Shareville EMR system. Your practice should have received an email with details on setting up your Shareville account. Or you can download a letter from CARE and Instinct’s referring veterinarian guidelines here.
If you need to access records for patients who visited CARE before January 31, 2022, they are in rVetLink (login below). Records for patients seen from February 1, 2022 forward are in Shareville.

Tips for Accessing the rVetLink Referral Portal:
- New Practice or Password reset? Email [email protected] or call 704-457-2300
- Login credentials are per CLINIC, not per individual
- Portal page can be bookmarked on practice computers
To refer patients, please follow the prompts to enter information on:
- Referral details
- Referring veterinarian
- Practice, client and/or patient information
- Medical records, laboratory results, radiographs
