Visitation Policy

If your pet has a condition that requires hospitalization you will be able to visit during their hospital stay. Our top priority is patient care; and we have created an owner visitation schedule to help us maintain the treatment schedule created for your pet.

Owners are allowed to visit between 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. Nursing rounds typically occur at 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. and you may be asked to delay visits during these times. Most of our hospitalized patients receive intravenous fluid therapy and regular injections of medication. To avoid disruption of these therapies, we ask that visits be limited to 20 minutes.

If patients require that visits take place in the ICU (for example, those who are undergoing oxygen therapy or our critical patients), the length of the visit will be limited to 5 minutes but can occur several times a day if the owner chooses.
