Because CARE’s founders are also doctors who work on the floor, our practice has a unique commitment to the growth and development of our staff. Continuing education allowances for every employee, RECOVER certification, wet labs and educational rounds are merely a few of the ways we support our team. We even champion the larger vet tech community by funding two scholarships at Gaston College.
