If you previously used our Referral Portal (also known as rVetLink) to access older medical records for patients seen at CARE (i.e., prior to February 1, 2022), those medical records have been migrated to Instinct, our electronic medical record system, and are now available through Instinct’s portal called Shareville.

Please access Shareville using the “Access Shareville” button below. You will also receive an email with a link each time a patient from your clinic visits CARE.

Shareville FAQs

How does my clinic access Shareville? How can we set up a password?

Any time a patient from your clinic visits CARE, an email will be sent to your clinic email address from Shareville and that email will include two links.

  • The first link will allow you to look at that specific patient’s medical records. If this is your first time to log into Shareville, you will be prompted to create a new password that will be used by everyone in your clinic. The password will need to be 10 characters long.
  • The second link gives you access to medical records for all your patients that have received care at CARE. Anyone with the clinic password can look up patients and download documents from CARE. You can bookmark this link for easy access. All notifications of checked-in patients at CARE will come to your clinic email now, not individual emails.

We are not getting any notifications to our clinic email (or we forgot our password). Could you resend the links?

How do we refer to CARE through Shareville?

You currently are not able to refer to us through Shareville. However, we expect that capability to be available in the future. Once this functionality is available, we will add the information on our website.

For now, please go to our Refer to CARE page to refer cases to us.

When we try to download files from Shareville, we get an error message, or the file will not download. What do we do?
