Dr. Amy Hartman’s passion for animals is apparent not only in the expert emergency medicine she provides at CARE; she also operates the family horse farm and competes in dressage with her three horses – Malachi, Weltamor and Delightful Dame.
That passion was ignited when she worked as a kennel assistant before her freshman year at the University of Alabama. She found her field of interest when she participated in several emergency and critical care externships at Mississippi State. She’s been in Charlotte since 2000, practicing emergency medicine.
